Hostinger is in Philippines, i tried this one, and its quiet impressive, you can sign up using your FB or Google account. Check out its affordable, you can use free account with 2GB disk storage its lifetime but of course you have to register your domain first.
second, is its premium account with 99/mo. and guess what its free domain registration, out competent with Godaddy or hostgator which cost certain dollars, with unlimited disk space, data transfer, and unlimited number of website. And for business site, you can start with 284/mo. its affordable right?
